Fashion retailer Topshop is to open a store at the Whiteley Shopping Centre in Hampshire in the spring, which is one of just two new shopping centres to open this year.
The 12,500 sq ft Topshop and Topman branch will open at Whiteley Shopping Centre in Hampshire alongside H&M and River Island in the spring.
The development, a joint venture by British Land and Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), is 82% let and will be anchored by a 60,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer. Retail letting agents for the scheme are Cushman & Wakefield and Wilkinson Williams.
