Fashion retailer Topshop has once again teased its return to the high street, as customers can expect to shop the brand physically this summer.

Retail Week understands that the Topshop and Topman brands will be available to purchase in a bricks-and-mortar setting this August, however, it remains unclear if this is in the form of a pop-up or permanent store location.

Topshop’s latest teaser of its return to bricks-and-mortar comes in the form of a series of Instagram posts captioned: “We’ll see you in real life in August.”

This follows a number of hints from the brand in recent months, including a clip of the London mayor Sadiq Khan, which was shared on Topshop’s official social media profiles, calling for the brand to return to Oxford Street.

The brand also partnered with London-based artist Russ Jones in March this year on a campaign called ‘We Missed You Too’.

The campaign involved a city-wide treasure hunt for unique mirrors designed by the artist that featured messages from Topshop fans, prompted by clues shared on social media.

The winner of the treasure hunt claimed a £1,000 voucher for Topshop and was given early access to the brand’s relaunched website at Topshop.com, a holding page that currently says ’coming soon’.
