The German sportswear brand has agreed the lease of a 20,000 sq ft workspace at No.3 Circle Square, in the Oxford Road Corridor in Manchester.

The new £87m site, which is currently finalising construction, is owned by Bruntwood SciTech, the UK’s largest property platform by area and is dedicated to the growth of technology, innovation and science sectors.
The announcement of Puma’s relocation follows the news of the sportswear brand’s first European flagship store which is scheduled to open on Oxford Street, London, in Autumn 2025.
Puma UK managing director Lucynda Davies said: “The move to Circle Square and the state-of-the-art facilities on offer forms a key part of our strategy for providing Puma’s employees with a first class working environment with top facilities and amenities.”
“We look forward to further integrating ourselves in the city’s innovative communities.”
Sustainability was also an important factor in Puma’s decision to relocate, aligning to their ‘10FOR25’ targets to promote ethical and environmental business practice within the company.
They will join Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Avalere Health, Auto Trader and Roku at No.3 Circle Square in the 267,000 sq ft building, offering 15 floors of new workspace.
Bruntwood SciTech commercial director Josh Whitely said: “Being the UK home of a global brand like Puma will be a powerful two-way partnership—helping support regional growth, as well as offering them access to workspace, talent and companies that will shape the future of innovation.”
In their quarterly sales report, Puma recently announced a global sales increase of 9.8% to €2.29bn (£2.19bn) in Q4 of 2024, and a gross profit margin increase of 47.3% on the previous quarter.
