Government likely undercounting number of vape shops. That’s a problem
Prime minister Andy Burnham wants to crack down on vape shops to save the high street. First he’ll have to define what a vape shop is.
There’s no official register of vape shops, but independent counts put the number at nearly 3,800 across the UK, unevenly spread across the country.
