Fashion and homewares retailer N Brown has announced the appointment of Natalie Rogers to a newly created role of chief operating officer.
The retailer said the move would strengthen its leadership team āas the Group enters the next phase of growth driven by operational efficiency and disciplined executionā.
Speaking of her appointment, Rogers said: āIām very pleased to be taking on this new role at an exciting time for N Brown, as we look to accelerate our business transformation.

Rogers joined N Brown in 2024 as chief people and sustainability officer and has led on a number of initiatives supporting the retailerās business transformation, including the design and implementation of a new operating model and a multi-year cultural programme.

In a statement, N Brown said the creation of the COO role ābrings greater focus and accountability to operational execution across people, technology and supply chain, strengthening endātoāend delivery and enabling clearer alignment between strategy and performanceā.
