Me+Em reported a 24% increase in revenues to £147.9m in the year to January 2025

Former Charlotte Tilbury chief marketing officer Nicki Sheard will join the British label in December and lead the brand’s domestic and international growth.

The appointment comes as Me+Em reported a 24% increase in revenues to £147.9m during the year to January 2025, up from £119.5m.

The brand attributed the growth to the “continued success” of its international business, which was up 50% on the year, driven by a 61% uplift in US sales to £47.3m.

The positive performance helped to drive a 29% increase in operating profit from £15.6m to £20.2m. EBITDA rose 15% to £24.2m.

Me+Em said its store expansion programme has continued into the current financial year with new openings planned for the US and UK over the coming weeks.

It added that trading since January continues to be strong with consistent demand across its hero categories, such as trousers and tailoring and new-season collections.

Jacket sales for February to October rose 72% year on year and the brand’s second swimwear release delivered a 152% increase in sales.

Me+Em founder and chief executive Clare Hornby said: “Me+Em continues to deliver true modern luxury to busy women by putting versatility, exceptional quality and effortless wearability at the heart of every collection.

“These principles, along with our commitment to understanding our customers, have always been at the forefront of our strategy, and the ongoing success of our expansion in the United States is proof of how this resonates globally.”
