M&S has launched a week-long live shopping event as it promises to make “December’s whirlwind of festive prep effortless”.

The fashion and home retailer has partnered with popular British influencers to deliver tips, trend-led ideas and insider inspiration across fashion, beauty, gifting and hosting.
Presenter Laura Jackson will host a special gifting live stream on Wednesday (December 3), while Vernon Kay and Kris Donnelly will present the must-have styles for men this season on Thursday.
Sheerluxe editors Nana Acheampong and Pip Hodgson will finish the event by spotlighting the ‘Now Trending’ pieces in their livestream on Friday (December 5).
Customers will be able to browse curated edits and shop via the livestreams on Marks & Spencer’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
M&S said the live shopping experience combines seamless social-first streaming “with handpicked offers that deliver real value and something for every budget”.
The retailer’s marketing director Sharry Cramond said: “M&S fans are obsessed, and our social channels are buzzing as customers turn to our experts and ambassadors for this season’s must-have buys.
“Broadcast live from our in-house studios, our Live Shopping Style Stream is packed with festive inspiration, gifting ideas and expert styling tips –the ultimate Christmas fix.
“Expect exclusive gift card giveaways and discover every holiday essential, just a click away.”
It comes as M&S launched on TikTok Shop last month to sell its popular beauty products. It said at the time it was keen to explore “different ways to broaden appeal and connect with younger audiences who are increasingly discovering brands through creators and short-form video”.
