Topshop has unveiled the new Kate Moss range, as she makes her comeback to the fashion retailer after a four-year hiatus.

Supermodel Kate Moss launches the new range for spring/summer 2014 on April 30 with a collection of clothes inspired by the Balearic Islands, cocktail hour, pyjama dressing and Moss’ own wardrobe. It also features a range of tailored trouser suits.

The collection includes embroidered smock tops, a white kaftan, silk satin high-waisted trousers, and blouses and dresses with dramatic hemlines that are either slashed to the thigh or fall to the floor.

When the range launched in 2007 it was a big success among shoppers with lines selling out of shops. This collection comes four years after the partnership came to an end.

Arcadia boss Sir Philip Green said: “I am personally thrilled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again.

“The first time around was such a lot of fun and she has been sorely missed. The Topshop business has developed extensively around the globe since we launched with Kate in 2007, and we’re proud to be selling the collection in 38 countries worldwide where Topshop has a presence, in addition to creating pop-ups in department stores around the globe and making the collection available on Net-a-Porter, Nordstrom stores and”

Moss added: “I have really missed being involved in the design process, and working with the team at Topshop. I am very excited to create a new collection that bears my name. Now more than ever with London being at the forefront of fashion, it feels like I’m back home working with Topshop.”
