Footwear retailer Faith has received offers of investment and said it expects to complete a deal within “the next few days”.

Faith Shoe Group said in a statement today that it had received a number of firm offers of investment and added that the management group, led by owner John Kinnaird, is working with advisers Clearwater Corporate Finance to finalise terms.

Faith said that once the investment deal is concluded, Faith will have an investment structure in place to secure its long term growth.

It is unclear what the terms of investment will be but Faith is understood to be considering a management buyout backed by private equity.

Kinnaird bought Faith out of administration in 2008.
