Fashion giant Arcadia aims to shut 23 stores and as part of a proposed CVA.
The retailer, controlled by tycoon Sir Philip Green, owns fascias including Dorothy Perkins and Miss Selfridge as well as its flagship Topshop chain, and hopes to cut its rent bill and revise lease terms at a further 194 branches.
