Most boys only dream of playing for their favourite football team, but All Saints chief executive Stephen Craig actually managed it when he took the field in front of 55,000 fellow Celtic supporters at Parkhead last week.

He sealed his place in the Celtic Legends squad in a charity match against Manchester United by donating to the club’s appeal to help victims of the East African famine. Apparently Celtic manager Neil Lennon told Craig that he had a “good left foot” and he managed a one-two with Celtic legend Henrik Larsson.

Perhaps unsurprisingly for those who know Craig, he didn’t hold back despite the match being a friendly. “I accidentally took out Roy Keane with a tackle but I’m a huge fan of his and I was quick to apologise,” he told the Daily Record.
