Marks & Spencer has unveiled its latest spring/summer clothing range, which focuses on trends such as denim and 1970s looks.
Marks & Spencer general merchandise boss John Dixon said the retailer has spent a lot of time listening to customers.
The spring/summer assortment is the second put together by his team, including style director Belinda Earl.
The retailer gathers feedback from 55,000 shoppers a month and Dixons said complaints have fallen 20% and scoring on style was up 9%.
Earl said the spring/summer range was “more considered”, “more confident”, and “wearable but on trend”.
Along with denim and 1970s styles, key trends include ‘the Orient’, ‘uniformity’ and ‘modern romance’.
