Samsung has opened a raft of stores this week, including one on Oxford St, through its partnership with Carphone Warehouse.
Nine Samsung stores have launched across the UK in Newcastle, Liverpool Manchester, Bradford, Cardiff and Bournemouth. They are operated by Carphone Warehouse.
The stores display Samsung phones and tablets on desk, enabling customers to touch and play with them. The store also features a seated area for the retailer’s Smart Academy, which offers customers ‘how to’ classes which they can book into. Customers can also book one-on-one appointments with store experts to help them learn more about what they can do on their phones.
Additionally, the ‘Smart Services’ offer will fix minor and major phone breakages in store, it means that repairs such as a cracked screen can be done within the hour.
All the devices are connected to the internet through Carphone Warehouse.
The store openings coincide with Samsung launching its new Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone and its wearable devices the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Fit.
