Retailers including Dixons Carphone, AO.com and Walmart are all offering autumn Sales in competition with Amazon’s delayed Prime Day.
Amazon’s Prime Day event, which is ordinarily in July but was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, will take place next week on October 13–14, and typically offers big deals on electrical and tech items such as laptops, televisions and kitchen appliances, as well as Amazon-branded products including Kindles and Echo smart speakers.
While many retailers are gearing up for Black Friday Sales on November 27, some have put on early Sales to compete with Prime Day as more and more consumers shop online.
