Dundrum Town Centre has let 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) of space in deals with retailers including Snow+Rock, Elverys Sports and bookseller Hughes & Hughes.

Snow sports and outdoor retailer Snow+Rock will open its first outlet outside England, with a 14,000 sq ft (1,300 sq m) unit in the Republic of Ireland scheme.

Snow+Rock managing director Dion Taylor said: “We are very excited about our first retail outlet outside England. For many years we have been asked when we would open in Ireland and this is the culmination of that objective.”

Ireland’s longest established sports retailer Elverys Sports has signed for a 23,000 sq ft (2,135 sq m) store, which will be its largest in Ireland. Hughes & Hughes has taken a 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) store.

Work will start this year on a 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) extension to the centre.

Joint letting agents for Dundrum Town Centre developer Crossridge were Bannon and HOK Savills.
