Dubai convention looms

The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC) holds its 10th annual convention and exhibition in Dubai from October 4 to October 6 this year. The event, taking place at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel's Convention Centre, promises to be the biggest in the organisation's history, with more than 250 delegates.
