John Lewis Partnership has expanded its click-and-collect distribution network to third party retailers, starting with a trial collaboration with Boden.
From today, Boden customers will be able to use John Lewis’ click-and-collect service to pick up parcels from 30 different Waitrose stores across the country.
The retailer said there was potential to expand the trial to more brands in future and that expanding to third parties would introduce “new customers to the partnership’s range of unique products and personalised customer service”.
Participating stores include nine in Greater London, including Clapham Junction, Battersea Nine Elms and Richmond, as well Brighton, Cheadle Hulme in Cheshire and Comely Bank in Edinburgh.
