Has M&S finally cracked Sparks?

M&S may have finally cracked the code on what to do with its Sparks loyalty scheme. The high street giant unveiled its newly transformed programme yesterday (April 15), offering customers cash rewards when they spend across any of its departments

The update has been a long time coming, with the retailer admitting that its most requested feedback was to improve the scheme.
