Frasers acquisition of Harvey Nichols imminent
Tycoon Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group is poised to buy the famous department store group Harvey Nichols as early as today.
Frasers is putting the finishing touches to a deal which is expected to involve a pre-pack insolvency process, Sky News reported.
