The floundering furniture chain is still trading, but future is far from certain
Furniture retailer Courts has gone into administration, following a suspension of its shares earlier today. The retailer's administrators have not yet been named.

Courts announced earlier that it had suspended the trading of its shares after its creditors refused to come up with further funding.

Seymour Pierce analyst Richard Ratner said: 'Of course, the stewardship of the Cohen family over the past decade or more must bear the bulk of the blame. Don't blame it all on Steven [Cohen, UK managing director] - at least he identified the problem.'
