Laura Ashley is a British lifestyle brand founded in 1953, known for its home furnishings and fashion inspired by traditional values and the British countryside. After filing for administration in 2020, the brand was acquired by Gordon Brothers and subsequently by its current owner, Marquee Brands, in January 2025.
Fashion retailer LK Bennett has been acquired out of administration by the owner of Poundland and Laura Ashley.
