LK Bennett owner to receive £3m in fees following rescue deal

LK Bennett owner Gordon Brothers is set to receive some £3m in consultancy and stock clearance fees, after acquiring the business out of administration earlier this year.

Insolvency filings show the payments to the investment firm amount to more than two-thirds of the £4m in total it paid to acquire the womenswear business back in January.
