The ad features performers showcasing some of the items shoppers can buy from this year – focusing on electricals, decorations and festive fashion.

The 20-second commercial, ‘Own The Show’, features a cover of the theme tune from the hit movie ‘The Greatest Showman’.

It ends with the line: ‘Own the show with Littlewoods’ and was made by ad agency St Luke’s.

The campaign will run in two bursts until Christmas on TV and will also be pushed on YouTube and social media. 

Littlewoods head of brand Ben Cooper said: “This year, Littlewoods has continued to focus on the proposition of ‘own it’. Through the use of our circus, our ringmaster mum owns the show with a little help from Littlewoods.

“‘Own it’ is all about empowering customers to immediately own the products and brands that inspire them to own a moment.”

Julian Vizard, creative partner at ad agency St Luke’s, said: “When parents feel they have to pull off the biggest production of the year, Littlewoods is there to help them own it with easy ways to manage the cost.”
