Exchange Centre filling up following run of new lettings
Merrill Lynch Property Fund has made significant changes to the first floor at The Exchange Shopping Centre in Putney, South West London.

Toystop has trebled its floorspace by taking the 3,770 sq ft (350 sq m) Unit A on a 10-year lease at a stepped rent rising to£50,000 per annum by year four. And children's footwear retailer One Small Step, One Giant Leap has taken the 1,212 sq ft (115 sq m) Unit D2 on a 15-year lease at£35,000 per annum.

Other recent arrivals at the south west London centre include Running Bare and Paper Passions. Merrill Lynch Property Fund was represented by Blair Kirkman and Leslie Furness. Robert Bebington & Co acted for Toystop and Gooch Cunliffe Whale represented One Small Step, One Giant Leap.
