Cath Kidston is to open a store at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One. The clothing, homewares and furnishings retailer has signed for a 3,600 sq ft (335 sq m) unit.
It will trade over two levels in a refurbished Victorian warehouse in the Peter’s Lane area of the development, also home to Jigsaw, Ted Baker, Karen Millen, Jones Bootmaker and anchor Flannels,which is to open its 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m) store next month.
The Cath Kidston store is its first in Liverpool. Cushman & Wakefield, Strutt & Parker and Tushingham Moore are jointly acting for Grosvenor.
