Capital signs new director

Capital Shopping Centres has hired Peter Barton as operations director. He will be responsible for centre management operations of all the CSC centres, including Gateshead's MetroCentre and Thurrock Lakeside. Barton spent 18 years with M&S, and most recently was commercial director at Safeway.
