Fashion retailers Hugo Boss and Ted Baker and jeweller Links of London have signed up to the Grand Arcade retail scheme in Cambridge.

Hugo Boss will take a 3,000 sq ft (280 sq m) unit at St Andrew’s Arcade, Ted Baker will take a 6,000 sq ft (555 sq m) shop next door and Links of London will take a 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) outlet at the St Andrew’s Street entrance.

Grosvenor head of retail leasing Neil Barber said: “Hugo Boss, Ted Baker and Links are great examples of the high calibre of retailers eager to get into the Grand Arcade, because of the powerful opportunity it offers them. We have a number of additional deals in solicitors’ hands, on which we expect to complete soon.”

The centre, by the Grand Arcade Partnership, a joint venture between Grosvenor and Universities Superannuation Scheme, is anchored by John Lewis.
