Retail-led mixed-use scheme Arc opened its doors at Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk last week.

The£100m project brings, among other retail names, Debenhams to the town. The department store retailer is anchoring the scheme with an 85,000 sq ft (7,895 sq m) store.

Around 13 of 35 smaller shops are still unsigned but landlord Centros said it expects further retailers to join after signing outdoor clothing retailer Animal last week.

The scheme also brings 65 residential units, 850 parking spaces and has created public spaces in Hanchet Square and Charter Square within the development.
