Forever 21, Mappin & Webb, Crocs and Beaverbrooks have launched stores within Bluewater shopping centre.

Alongside Forever 21’s opening on Saturday, Mappin & Webb, Crocs and Beaverbrooks have all launched new stores over the last six weeks.

Jeweller Mappin & Webb opened a 1,600 sq ft store, which focuses on brands Rolex, Chanel and Tag.

Crocs opened a store last month, while Beaverbrooks refitted its existing 1,447 sq ft store which features its new Tag boutique.

In addition Aldo, Dwell and Triumph are all set to open new stores as Triumph plans to open a 2,534 sq ft shop, Aldo is set to open a 2,005 sq ft unit and Dwell plans to open a 2,471 sq ft store.

Property group Lend Lease head of retail leasing Guy Thomas said: “Bluewater has once again proved its appeal to some of the most successful and prestigious brands in the world. 

“Forever 21 and Mappin & Webb, for example, are significant additions to our cosmopolitan retail mix that is very attractive to the affluent and brand-focused guests that dominate Bluewater’s catchment.”

DTZ, CBRE and Shelley Sandzer acted for Bluewater. Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Forever 21. Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted for Triumph.
