Two retailers have signed for space at out-of-town retail park Holywood Exchange in Tillysburn, east Belfast.

Next Home and Australian furniture retailer Harvey Norman have taken stores in the scheme.

Harvey Norman has signed for a 60,000 sq ft (5,575 sq m) store, while Next Home has taken a mezzanine store covering about 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m).

The landlord, a private investor, is in the process of completing the final phase of a programme of extending the centre, which will add a 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) retail terrace.

Letting agents for the scheme are Harvey Spack Field, CB Richard Ellis and Osborne King.
