Polo Ralph Lauren and Reebok have signed up to anchor the 150,000 sq ft (14,000 sq m) Junction One outlet mall in Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Polo Ralph Lauren has taken 6,500 sq ft (600 sq m) for a full-offer Polo Ralph Lauren outlet store, with Reebok taking 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m).
The deals mean that 65 per cent of Phase 1 at Junction One is now committed, with a further 15 per cent in solicitors' hands.
Others committed to the scheme include C&J Clark, Next, Suits You, Jean Scene, Pierre Cardin, Ecco, Mexx, Pilot, Camille Lingerie, Sky Jeans and Julian Graves.
Cotton Traders, Sasperilla, Ponden Mill, Banana Books, Trespass, Logo, Claire's Accessories, Mountain Warehouse and Levi's have also signed up.
Junction One's developer The Guinea Group was not available for comment.
