Ethical fashion e-tailer Adili has disclosed that its creative director and finance director have stepped down from their executive roles.

Finance director Christopher Powles and creative director Sim Scavazza will both continue as non-executives, however.

Powles has been replaced by Mark Swire, who has worked at Adili since 2006 as financial controller.

Quentin Griffiths, a founding investor and non-executive director, has also resigned from the board.

Caroline Gitsham has joined Adili as product director, bringing experience gained previously at Gap and Laura Ashley.

Adili chairman Nick Samuel said: “I would like to thank Quentin for his important contribution to the early stages of Adili’s development and wish him well with his other interests.”

He said that Gitsham’s appointment would be key to the expansion of Adili’s own-label product which has been cited as a key factor in the growth of the business.
