Sainsbury’s is involved in a partnership with housebuilder Barratt to deliver a £500m project comprised of 737 new homes, a new Sainsbury’s store, 27,000 sq ft of local shops, restaurants and office space in Nine Elms, Greater London.

As shoppers continue to migrate online, retailers are thinking like developers about how best to utilise their empty store space.
