Food manufacturers are prioritising spend in the wrong places to achieve climate resilience

Food, drink and ingredient manufacturing businesses are investing in standard operational technologies wrongly believing they will help them deliver more climate-resilient businesses.

According to a new report by Lumina Intelligence, 51.2% of food, drink and ingredient manufacturing leaders said that investment in robotics and automation now will deliver the best results in improving their business’ climate resilience.
