The Cotswold Company has a penchant for opening unique stores in quaint market towns, often using the building’s original features to showcase its products in an environment as close to a real home as it can recreate. So, opening its first store in a large, empty retail park premises was always going to be a challenge, but it’s one that chief creative officer Lisa Coppin was ready to tackle. She speaks to Retail Week about creating a film set-worthy environment within the empty unit, what the extra space has allowed it to introduce, and what’s next on the list for 2026.
