Athleisure brand Oner Active is set to open its first-ever store in New York City later this year.

The pureplay retailer has signed a 10-year lease to launch its debut concept store at 0 Bond Street, New York.
Co-founder and creative director Krissy Cela shared the news on LinkedIn and Instagram over the weekend.
Cela said the store, which is due to open this winter, will stock an exclusive NYC capsule collection that is only available in the flagship.
Posting on Instagram, Cela said: “NYC felt right, our biggest city, the non-stop hustle, and to the city that doesn’t sleep…what’s more fitting for us as a brand?
“It has been nearly a year of viewing places, rejecting, and viewing some more to find the perfect first home for Oner. I still cannot believe it’s official, and demo/renovation starts in four weeks.
“The concept for the store has been something I’ve poured a lot of love and consideration into, and having incredible creatives around me to bring my vision to life makes the whole process that much more beautiful.”
Cela added: “Buckle up because this is the first store of many we have planned.”
Retail Week reported last November that Oner Active was looking for sites to open permanent bricks-and-mortar stores in multiple cities across the UK.
The brand has never opened a physical store, but launched a ‘Oner Your Recovery’ van for the London Marathon last month and a two-day showroom pop-up in New York last May.
Oner Active’s most recent financial results for 2024 showed a huge leap in sales growth, rising from £49m in 2023 to £80.8m in 2024. Profits also reached £8.3m for the year.
