Hoka has opened its first-ever UK outlet in Portsmouth’s Gunwharf Quays, marking the running footwear specialist’s second store in the country.
The retailer is offering at least 30% off the recommended retail price (RRP) of its shoes and apparel.
The pop-up store, which is open until early 2027, joins a growing number of brands opening at Gunwharf Quays and follows Oliver Bonas expanding its unit earlier this year due to strong customer demand.
Mulberry and watch specialist Citizen have also extended their presence at the outlet centre, while Tommy Hilfiger has opened a new womenswear and childrenswear pop-up concept.
Landsec head of retail and hospitality leasing Pablo Suerias said: “HOKA choosing Gunwharf Quays for its first-ever UK outlet pop-up store is another strong signal of where brands want to invest today.
“The strongest brands are increasingly focusing on the strongest destinations, and we’re seeing that play out across Gunwharf Quays through new concepts, larger stores, and longer-term commitments.
“Our continued investment in the destination is creating a cycle where more visitors attract more brands, and more brands attract even more visitors.”
