Halfords sales boosted by warm summer weather
Halfords boss Henry Birch says the retailer is entering the second half with “confidence” after warm summer weather boosted sales across the business.
In a trading update for the 26 weeks to October 2, 2026, Halfords group like-for-like sales grew 7.1%, supporting the full-year profit upgrade the retailer announced on August 27.
