As an experienced FTSE-100 chief financial officer and audit committee chair, he brings a wealth of financial and commercial expertise to the board along with a deep understanding of UK-listed and international businesses.
“Stephen’s depth of experience, including in consumer and retail, will provide valuable insights as we continue to execute Kingfisher’s strategic priorities, and we look forward to his contribution to the work of the board and the audit committee.”
