Jaeger has launched an apprenticeship programme for employees in its retail business and national distribution centre.
The programme allows participants to gain a range of level two and three business qualifications including retail skills, retail diploma, retail management, business administration and management, and warehouse and distribution management.
Jaeger’s programme is delivered in conjunction with the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and National Skills Academy (NSA).
It is thought that the offer of the additional training and skills will lead to improved team-working and morale, motivated staff, increased job knowledge and improved communication skills across the organisation.
