Australian grocer Coles has hired another clutch of UK retailers, reporting to retail and operations director Stuart Machin.
From Tesco, the grocer has hired Paul McFadyen as central operations simplification director, Michael Hollis as zone general manager and Tony Berrington as regional manager.
From Asda, Michael Hughes has joined as general manager, store support, Paul Bradshaw as general manager, store change, and Rick Murphy as regional manager.
From Sainsbury’s, Michelle Vanstaden has joined as apparel and general merchandise store support and development manager.
Machin (pictured) said Coles had attracted “some great talent from the UK” but added: “We also continue to attract home-grown talent.”
