M&S Simply Food is to open on Oxford Street in London. It has taken three units totalling 2,900 sq ft (270 sq m) at the West One shopping centre above Bond Street tube station. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is the letting agent on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management. JLL associate director Rupert Cooper said: 'The welcome arrival of M&S Simply Food will continue to rejuvenate West One and fill the gap Tesco left.'
