Marks & Spencer has warned its customers that they face delays on the delivery of their online shopping after the retailer experienced high demand for its products following its one-day Sale promotion last week.
A message on M&Sâ website under the title âHome Delivery Order Delaysâ read: âWeâre really sorry! Due to exceptionally high demand, orders placed using our home delivery service may take longer than usual to arrive.â
An M&S spokeswoman said: âFollowing last weekâs One Day Spectacular weâve seen high demand through M&S.com. As a result, weâre being up front with our customers and advising them that there may be a short delay to their delivery.â
It is not known when the issue is expected to be resolved.
