Fashion and homewares retailer Inditex will debut its youth fashion concept Pull & Bear in the UK as part of a raft of units it has secured at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One.

The Spanish group has taken three units at Liverpool One, totalling more than 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m) and will unveil Pull & Bear in a 6,825 sq ft (635 sq m) store.

Inditex has also taken a 20,030 sq ft (1,860 sq m) unit to relocate a Zara store, as well as a 3,820 sq ft (355 sq m) unit for Liverpool’s first Zara Home. The new stores at Liverpool One will add to its retail empire, which spans eight brands, and 3,674 stores in 68 countries.

All three Inditex stores will be on South John Street, which is to house other fashion retailers including Oasis, Warehouse, Republic and Jane Norman. South John Street is one of the five districts within Liverpool One and will focus on fashion and family oriented shopping.

Grosvenor head of retail leasing Neil Barber said: “The fact that Inditex has signed to this amount of space underlines its confidence in Liverpool as a key market, particularly in fashion.”

Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Inditex. Letting agents for Liverpool One are Cushman & Wakefield, Strutt & Parker and Tushingham Moore.
