Provided by Kewill, the system will initially link KookaĂŻ to its three major partners â House of Fraser, Selfridges and Debenhams.
At present, the companyâs sales staff working in these stores must collect tickets from every KookaĂŻ garment purchased and manually re-enter the information to their retailerâs own back office system.
KookaĂŻ finance director Daniel Price said that recent growth in the number of concessions the company operates has meant that the benefits of introducing the system have become more worthwhile. He said: âWe want store staff to be selling rather than reconciling tills. It is really about better use of staff time.â
Price added that receiving data directly from its retail partnersâ systems should mean that it is more accurate and will allow KookaĂŻ to make better informed replenishment decisions.
The MessageBroker Lite system will be put live before Christmas if KookaĂŻ can get it configured in time. If not, it will launch at the beginning of next year.
