Anya Hindmarch has set out expansion plans for the Middle East, Asia and the US.

The luxury accessories specialist, famed for its handbags, is to open an outlet in Harvey Nichols in Kuwait next month and a store on Madison Avenue in New York next year.

It also plans to invest across the Middle East, Korea, Hong Kong and Japan, according to The Independent. The retailer has 57 shops at present.

In August, the Qatar Luxury Group acquired a minority stake in Anya Hindmarch for an estimated £70m, taking on the stake previously owned by private equity group Kelso Place.
