Screwfix offers tradespeople price promise guarantee

The retailer said that as cost pressures continue to impact businesses across the UK, Screwfix is “reinforcing its commitment to supporting the nation’s tradespeople with its Price Promise”.

Under the scheme, if trade customers find an identical product at a lower price from a qualifying retailer within a week of purchasing from Screwfix, they can make a Price Promise claim and receive a refund for the difference.

Screwfix said the commitment applies across purchases made in stores, on its website and through its app, “giving customers added reassurance wherever and however they choose to shop”.

The Price Promise will also apply to purchases made through Screwfix Sprint, the retailer’s on-demand delivery service.

Screwfix marketing director Jack Wallace said: “At Screwfix, we are committed to helping our customers save both time and money, so they can get their jobs done quickly, affordably and right first time. Our Price Promise gives customers added confidence that they are getting great value, along with the convenience and availability they expect from us.”
