Cast joins from Mars-owned pet food brand Royal Canin, where she held the role of general manager, and brings more than 20 years of experience in beauty, food and beverage, and omnichannel retail.

Her previous roles include chief marketing officer for global consumer beauty at Coty and a decade at L’Oréal’s consumer beauty division in New York.

Revolution said the appointment “underlines the significance of North America to Revolution Beauty’s growth ambitions” as Cast will be responsible for expansion within the US and Canada markets.

Lauren Brindley, chief executive at Revolution, said: “North America is a priority market for Revolution Beauty. We have established partnerships with many of the leading beauty retailers but are still a new brand with major headroom for expansion.

“Erin’s deep US and global beauty experience across sales, marketing and general management roles makes her the ideal leader to revolutionise growth in the region.”

Cast said: “I am very excited to join Revolution Beauty to accelerate the business in North America.

“Revolution Beauty is a brand with tremendous opportunity for growth, being one of the fastest product innovators in beauty and delivering high-performance, on-trend products at an accessible price.”
