Lush, the handmade bath and body retailer, has opened its biggest Scottish store on Buchanan Street, Glasgow, featuring experiential concepts and an in-store coffee shop.

Located on the city’s busiest retail thoroughfare, the store extends over the building’s basement, ground and three upper floors, totalling 20,000 sq ft.

The store features new experiential concepts, an independent vegan coffee shop and new products including Lush lifestyle items such as clothing, cosmetic bags, pins and soap dishes.

The space also features beauty services with the Lush Shampoo Bar, Lush Parties and skin- and haircare consultations with an additional floor to follow in February to include the brand’s new Scotland-themed spa.

Store manager Magz Macphee-David said: “We are so excited to get ready to open our anchor store placing customer experience and shop floor experience at the heart of everything we do. We have a talented group of staff in our store and across Scotland who are ready to take the next step in their career and serve our community who really deserve this new large space.”
