Harrods’ H Beauty launches ‘first-of-its-kind’ cosmetics recycling scheme

Harrods' H Beauty hall

H Beauty is set to launch a pilot cosmetic recycling scheme for products deemed “unrecyclable”.

In a first for a health and beauty retailer, Harrods is collaborating with recycling partner MYGroup on a pilot that will accept nail paint and fragrance bottles.

The trial scheme, called the MyBeauty Recycle & Reward programme, will be the first in the UK to promote the recycling of hazardous items, which normally end up in landfills alongside various other used beauty products.
